Hi...

I saw it on one server and I'm not really sure is that IRCd or services module.

When I connect to server I got modes +iwxZ

And then I got notice that I must type /msg [dx] some-number

I can't join any channel, till type that code or identify nick.

I think that is good for clones.

use the following settings

set::modes-on-join +R
set::restrict-channelmodes R

That will require users to identify to a nick in order to join any channels. To set a channel so unidentified users can join, have an oper or services set -R

Than all channels will be +R

I've a similar (paid) module, ImageAuth, slightly more advanced though, since it uses an image for confirmation.
I could also modify it to make it as you said (=simpeler module), and could cut some off the price then, contact me for details.

I don't think so you'll get that module from Administration irc.krstarica.com> If you would like have something like that you'll have to make that or (may be) pay for that module which could be expensive.

This sounds like f_auth by fez. I have used this module and it is quite good. However it does wreck havoc for users if you have set::auto-join enabled. As the user has to type the code, /part the channel and /join the channel.
