Hi i have two servers both running Unreal3.2.7, is it possable for like irc.chat-buddys.net and alpha.chat-buddys.net, to spead the load of witch server ppl to connect to if you get what i mean

It is possible, it only depends on your DNS domain settings and it has nothing to do with Unreal. Consult your DNS settings about Round Robin.

Look for something that's called a DNS pool. If that also is something you don't have, you're stuck I'm afraid.
