swhois command

hey all

I tried this before posting my question

but it still does not add a sentece to the whois of a user/nickname

i type:
/swhois nick :message

/swhois Mike :I am a user

I have Unreal3.2.8.1 , and YES I am an Admin.

Are you a service when you issue the /swhois command?

I tried both +S and -S but both do not work with me!

The SWHOIS command is only available to services servers, which is why it is listed in the "Services Commands" category

so there is no such a way to make user acts like a Service?
to change modes of an user so he becomes like a Service?

Unfortunately no, at least not without a module. In all honesty though I don't really see a need to. Besides the restriction in the source code for using the SWHOIS command is requiring either A) the source is a ulined user (requires the user be ulined which isnt possible without a module, or you somehow connecting from services) or B) the source is a server

If it's only to be able to change someones swhois without using a vhost block or oper block, and you're considering loading a module, there is always a change swhois module
