Hello,
I have a server set up with UnrealIRCd, but all users connect to the server through a proxy. Therefore all users will have the same IP (the proxy's IP).
Will this setup work fine with UnrealIRCd, or will there be any problems by users having the same IP?
I'm running on *nix.
Thanks in advance!

Unreal doesn't care but you need to tell unreal about it with allow and class blocks. You can read about them by clicking the configuration link in my signature.

I would also recommend using services or a service module that will uniquely set hostnames to identified users. The biggest problem you will have is you will not be able to ban just one person without banning everyone

You can also use vhost blocks if you dont use services or have services that dont support vhosts/hostserv.
