Restricting geoip-whois for Oper's Only

Can/do any third party module scripts plan/can make it that geoip-whois only shows the location of a IP for Oper's only?

I and users on my Network complain of a the straightforward of see'ing the location of the ip.

Because normal users Cant see the ip of users, but yet, they can see which country they live in, so in a way, it's invading privacy. Normal users may trust Network Oper's, but they most lightly wont trust a random user.

So my request/question is can a third party module scripter maybe edit the script to show for Oper's only?

This may not need a module depending on how the network is set up.. things like vhosts are the obvious choice to encourage users who are concerned to request one.. they may need to register depending on how you have your network setup

I am not sure as havent set an ircd up for a long time.. but you could in earlier versions set a default "address" for all users when they connect to avoid things like countries showing etc

this is so sad for a person from a country where the population is 1 or 2.
that person could feel terrible and fear from attackers for sure.
hide country info for regulars users! naow!
