+R UMODES remove it but how?

+R UMODES remove it but how?

I got a problem +R is auto set, and non regi kan type privat, but a Regi can´t type to a non regi, and the other way how to disable this preaty lame feature?

Check unrealircd.conf, in the set::modes-on-connect (i think, cant be bothered loading the documentation :))

As for lame, a good use is if you get spambots connecting and trying to private message you. Most of them dont register nicks first :)

hehe it´s a privat network whit a little amount of users :P

But i don´t get that whit the mode thingy you gave me how do i youse it :|

The modes that will be set on a user at connection.

isent ther away to disable it 100% and not just set up so the mode is not set on ppl when the connect

Firstly, as other people have said, read the fine manual.

Secondly, please don't reply to yourself, rather edit your post.

And finally, once you've memorised set::modes-on-connect and set::modes-on-oper, also look at set::restrict-usermodes (hint: it will stop people from setting +R on themselves).

If you are having trouble understanding the responses, consider posting in the International forum. It seems English is not your native language. Perhaps someone who does speak your native language can explain it to you more easily.
