how do you get op on a channel you dont own if your ircop

well topic says it all, could someone explain it to me? if there is FAQ on this kind of thing, im sorry i did not see it anywhere

Since this can be pretty abusive you need an additional flag called can_override in your operflags (see oper block).
NOTE: don't forget to /rehash and re-oper (mode yournick -o and then /oper again)!

To join a +k/+i/etc channel you need to invite yourself, it will then override it.
