ok i downloaded the anope and i tried to read the FAQ.
but i still dont get how to make it so nickserv, etc works.

1) It is prolly a good idea NOT to talk like that to a moderator. You should thank him for moving the topic to the proper forum instead of just locking/deleting it, especially after he has already told you to post in the right forum.
2) Getting Anope running depends on your operating system.
For Windows:
- Extract all the files to c:\anope
- Make a services.conf (there is an example.conf somewhere)
- Run the exe.
For *NIX:
- Extract the files fromt he tarball.
- Run ./Config
- Run make
- Run make install
- Make a services.conf (there is an example.conf in dir you told it to install to)
- Start the services by typing ./services
