making me a Network Administrator?

at present i seem to have managed to set up the server ok, but when i join the channel im only an op and not a Network Administrator. could someone please help me sort this out!

Oper levels don't have anything to do with channel levels. These are two different things.

To become a network administrator, you have to /oper yourself (of course you need an oper block with this privilege).
