Recommended Services
We often get asked, which services do we recommend for use with UnrealIRCd.
Currently, we recommend two seperate IRC Services packages. Anope, and IRCServices. Both of these packages are generally made for Linux, but versions have been made available for Windows as well.
Anope - http://www.anope.org - Works on both platforms.
IRCServices - http://www.ircservices.za.net - Windows version
Note though, the Windows versions of these services may not be completely stable and they are NOT maintained by the authors of the services.
Other services do work just fine with Unreal, those are simply the recommended services because the Unreal Team has very good relations with these services and therefore, they generally have the best Unreal support. Of course, you are free to use any of the numerous services packages that work with Unreal.

Just as a "by the way"
http://www.servicescommunity.za.net
for those of you who haven't seen it, it's a support area for IRCServices, complete with a build of IRCServices for windows by Ron2k, and MODULES (such as hostserv) for ircservices.

Also to note that the location of the Anope Win32 version has changed to http://windows.anope.org and the version on Wircds is not supported by the Anope team.

Due to a server upgrade which went pear-shaped, the link has changed temporarily. You can find details of Anope for Windows here:
http://www.anope.org/~certus/windows/
Also note, that the latest SVN Trunk version ( ftp://zero.org/pub/anope/svn/anope-svn.tar.gz ) has inbuilt Windows support, and can be compiled successfully.

codemastr, are you please able to change that link to the windows version of ircservices? That link no longer works. The servicescommunity one still does.
