I want configue unreal to work as 2 servers is posible? (in the same pc)
example one server with the name 1 in teh por 6667 and the other in the port 7000 using only one installation of unreal?

Not entirely sure what you mean but:
You can listen on multiple ports if you want
But you cannot have on 1 port a server with name <whatever> and on another port <something else>, and have different channels/users/etc... in that case you just have to run 2 ircds.
On windows just install 2 ircds both in GUI mode (non-service) to 2 different locations, or if you are on *NIX.. just compile the unrealircds in different directories.
