Links in that thread allow you to download a services package of your choice. Go with one of the recommended services .
Nickserv,chanserv,operserv etc are all included in a "services" package .

O.K i find one and i make it...But when i start it in logs write that--->

What does that mean?

Do you honestly have
any commonsense whatsoever? Even just reading the readme would have told you that! Start using your brain, or I can tell you now that you aren't going to do much good being a "network administrator".
You need to read, not just the unreal documentation, but about how IRC works. You need to understand what a program is, how to ask for help, how to install and configure something and how to use your brain.
This is part of the reason why I think even anope are starting to consider having a quiz for support.

Go there ....
look down the screen right in the middle .....
STEP 1 is what your looking for
read down the ircds and you see the unreal31 (thats the wrong one) and below is unreal32 which is what you want .
its precompiled so no messing around just configure it and run .
Make sure you are running Unreal 3.2.3 and not a previous version as no support is given for them .
