server went down and wont start .. no errors

after trying to checking my log block i tried to start my IRCd .. still got same error

[error] Could not load config file unrealircd.conf
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load

when i checked the ircd.log i simply found nothing there .. no lines were added to it ..

Something's strange here... why are you running "ircd"? You're supposed to use "./unreal start"...
