The maintainer says this problem is now fixed. As I can see, IRCServices now runs fine if you start it from the directory where ircservices.exe is in. The fixed version is available from:

http://free.x3.hu/toxyc/ircservices-5.0.30-win-fix.zip

Perhaps later this will be updated on the main site (http://ircpage.hu/ircservices/) as well.

thanks for that i will give it a try and see how i go , i managed to get auspice working but this would be way better if i can get it running.

btw the dir "lang" must be renamed to "languages" otherwhise it whont run @ me (WinXP)
