i've the same problem.
I'm french, so sorry for my english, wich is not always very good.
Is it sure problem comes from services?
on server #1(bot-irc.net) i can see:
* (link) Link wtheatre.net -> Bot-IRC.net[@213.186.46.27.35830] established
* *** Notice -- Link wtheatre.net -> Bot-IRC.net is now synced [secs: 4 recv: 0.613 sent: 9.597]
* *** LocOps -- ERROR :from wtheatre.net[87.106.97.121] -- Closing Link: Bot-IRC.net[213.186.46.27] (Non-Hub Link)
* *** LocOps -- Server wtheatre.net[87.106.97.121] closed the connection
(This server is the hub server)
On the #2 (Leaf server: wtheatre.net):
* (link) Link Bot-IRC.net -> wtheatre.net[@87.106.97.121.0] established
* *** LocOps -- Link Bot-IRC.net cancelled, is Non-Hub but introduced Leaf services.bot-irc.net
* *** LocOps -- ERROR :from Bot-Irc.net[213.186.46.27] -- Closing Link: [87.106.97.121] (Ping timeout)
* *** LocOps -- Server Bot-Irc.net[213.186.46.27] closed the connection

By searching on google, i've seen this post, but after reading it, i cannot solve this problem.

Can someone like tuete who already had this problem help me?
