Ok ive set up my server its running great just need to get some services running, But one bad thing is i have a free sytes.net re-direction from no-ip.org And i cant get it to show the free direction it only shows my ip...And iv done every thing as myservername.sytes.net the only part i havnt done is nameserver "myip" because when i change it too myservername.sytes.net it gets an error, if any one could help me out it would be well appriciated.

It shows your IP... WHERE?

Like when u /uwho someone under the server part itl show my ip then the server descrption or when you /samode itl show like
* myip sets mode: modehere nickhere

So what i want is for it to show myservername.sytes.net insted of my ip

Everything has been changed to myservername.sytes.net except for this part
nameserver myiphere;

it didnt work when it was nameserver myservername.sytes.net it came with an error when i rehashed. How do i fix this problem?

Did you put your IP in the Me Block?

But arh, I rehashed and all, Do i need to maybe restart the server? i dont understand why it does this though every thing is changed except for the namserver part

Just try... restart it... maybe it helps...

Ok it worked ty for replying so fast i wasnt sure if restarting it would work seing as i rehashed but hey it did.

Yes, if you make changes in the Me Block, you must restart the server in order to bring them into effect. (That can't be avoided, because all the values you can set in that block must be distributed all over the network, that's why Unreal ignores those changes on rehash.)
