i have hear the mode +q is the mode set in user as owner , but as admin i was in one channel and i see the +q mode in reals onwer of the channel and as example i made +q in my self and i see my self onwer of channel so how many onwers can be exist of one channel ?

There's no restriction in the number of owners in a channel, however it's indeed more rational to have at most one. Services programs follow this way, too.
