Unreal and win

i setup the unreal3.2 on my windows xp
i can connect but the others cannot connect to my server

You got a firewall?
You have to open up the port you're running the server on, default 6667, så that people outside your LAN can connect.
You also have to forward the trafic on that port to the servers IP address.
