when i try to set channel mode +z i get the following msg but the mode dosent set in the chanel

"z all members must be connected via SSL"

without quotes

im running newest Unreal with anope services

You should remove all non-ssl users from the channel before setting +z. I will be making a feature request that will change that is added.
