Anyone know any services that I can use for my IRCd that I run on my computer? Something like auspice or anope? Let me know, thanks.

Whats wrong with these two then? You'll be hard pushed to find any services better than Anope *cough*

I maintain a Win32 build of IRCServices - unfortunately my shell is down so I can't offer it to you, sorry.
