ok i downloaded the anope and i tried to read the FAQ.
but i still dont get how to make it so nickserv, etc works.
dont flame me just tell me how... thanks

Could you please post in the appropriate forum section?
This is the second time in a few hours. Your question is about services, not modules.

hmm...
1) It is prolly a good idea NOT to talk like that to a moderator. You should thank him for moving the topic to the proper forum instead of just locking/deleting it, especially after he has already told you to post in the right forum.
2) Getting Anope running depends on your operating system.
For Windows:
- Extract all the files to c:\anope
- Make a services.conf (there is an example.conf somewhere)
- Run the exe.
For *NIX:
- Extract the files fromt he tarball.
- Run ./Config
- Run make
- Run make install
- Make a services.conf (there is an example.conf in dir you told it to install to)
- Start the services by typing ./services
