what is Unexpected EOF

[error] unrealircd.conf: Unexpected EOF for section starting on line 672
[error] Could not load config file unrealircd.conf
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load

You have to close every curly brace you open.

And you should change your avatar or resize it.
