Help me Plz

I suggest you re-read all documentation again, and again for good luck.

You DO NOT include the services.conf file into Unreal!

Unreal couldn't care less what config file Anope uses, as they are two seperate programs!

As a reference, I suggest you follow http://heinz.anope.org/ilm.php from the start, then, if you have any questions about that, post them here.
