linking with chatspace

Hello together.
I'm just trying to link unreal 3.2.2 with chatspace and unfortunately got stuck.
I'm not sure if it does work generally and I configured something wrong or if it's not working at all.
Has anyone managed to link these IRC-Servers?
Actually I get this messages from unreal:
After configuring a lot, I got the message "No Uline-Entry" which normally is easy to correct. But I recognized that message too late, so every settings on both servers where completely changed (and I didn't control, what happens after setting only ONE setting
)
But, if it says so, I guess it must be possible. But now I tried out nearly everything AND step by step.
I hope someone can give me a clue or generally tell me if it's possible to link them.
