I suggest you upgrade your Anope ASAP. 1.5.10-RC5 is a VERY old development version, and has some serious bugs, and a possible exploit. It is also an Unofficial version, and was compiled under Cygwin, which is known to be an unstable platform for Anope.

You can download a brand-spanking new Anope, version 1.7.3 for Windows, compiled under Microsoft Visual C++ 7, with support for MySQL and modules (thanks to our lovely friend codemastr) from:

http://windows.anope.org

This version is also one supported by the Anope team, and you can get support from ourselves directly.

That version is the latest available for Windows.
