When i start unrealircd i get the next error:

Code: Select all

* Loading IRCd configuration ..
* unrealircd.conf:39: loadmodule modules/cloak.dll: failed to load: %1 is not a Win32-toepassing.

[error] IRCd configuration failed to load
Dunno where the problem in is...
Somebody can help me out of this? :lol:

Umm, well that error message makes no sense. Using google, I see "win32-toepassing" mentioned only on Dutch/Flemish websites. Therefore, my guess is you translated that message incorrectly. Also, make sure you are using 3.2.2

Is this with the official installer (.exe) from unrealircd.com?

(Interesting translation indeed ;p... It should have been something like: "%1 is not a valid win32 application")

In addition to what Syzop said, is this one of the official Win32 builds, or is it one that you compiled yourself? If it's the latter, information about build environment, compiler used, etc would be very useful.

Sounds like a typical Windows bugger-up :P
Anyway, glad you got it working again.
