Plz anyone can say a command for talking with ChanServ nick

.? It was something /os raw :ChanServ: msg #channel :HELLO!

How lame is that?
Anyway:
If you need to ask, you should not use this command.
RAW is not a toy, you can easily crash your whole network with it.
RAW is for advanced users only. Asking what the syntax is shows us that you are not an advanced user and therefore you can not use it.

I am running not a big server just testing commands and stuff

.. so i dont care if it crash ;P

[09:45:57] -Zbot:#anope- raw == RAW is a developer tool ONLY. Only a fool would ever have it enabled on a network with real users. RAW has the ability to crash your network, desync your services and comprimise any network security you have.
If you need to ask how to use it then you should not be using it.

1) This is the wrong forum
2) Anope (and probably other services) don't help their users with RAW. It can be very hard to trace an issue if someone uses it. Plus, if we help one person, then everyone will want help with RAW, thus leading to lots of people causing their services to crash, burn and die.
3) You might want to read the RFC for details on the IRC protocol. But thats all i'm saying.
