How to setup unreal

1. if i have a shell and i wanna use unreal ircd but i'm a newbe so the problem is i don't know much how to setup it...any one can teach me?i wanna use linux version

2. what version is the most recommended to use..

Im sure someone can give advice on loading it to a shell . Im a non nix person so I wouldnt have a clue either .

As for the rest Unreal has a good set of Docs and an FAQ . Both of these will show you how to set Unreal up . The .conf for unreal is a bit daunting at first look but stick at it . It really is worth the effort to read everything that comes with it . It makes your life and ours much easier .

As for versions always use the latest version which atm is 3.2.2 and available off the main website http://www.unrealircd.com . Older versions are not supported so always get the latest version .

As for poor english there is an international forum where you can get your posts answered in your own language . And you should see my English after a few beers :p . Good luck and welcome to Unreal :)
