I was looking for IRCservices ( win version ) and the link is given in Codemastr's Announcement doesnt not work ... so any one has the active link ?

yes i have Anope (for windows) if your interested... just ask me before u upload.... send a msg here and ill upload it and you can download it from my website

If you haven't gone for the Anope Win32 build yet...

I think that build has stopped being maintained. Not a problem though, as I maintain my own one. Link is in my sig.

(I'm uploading the latest version, 5.0.45, as I type this.)
