I noticed you guys released 3.1.6 but when i checked the download page it wasnt there. Did you guys discontinue it or can i get it from somewhere else?

I think you might want to look again. 3.1.6 was years ago. The current release, as it says on the website (http://www.unrealircd.com), is 3.2.2b.
