problem with hostname of users

the users of my server have the host name like that @3B664FBB.60FB5B8D.18F37360.IP . i want to replace it by @user.dongnaiteam.net . How can i do that ?
There is no such feature in unreal. It would be quite stupid anyway (think about it: channel bans would become useless).
There is, however, a module by codemastr providing this:

But I really suggest you use the default cloaking...
