ok .... the thing is ... once i saw some one's post in this forum and i went to his web site .. and i found a module there .. something which allowes Op's ( non opers ) to overrise some chan + user modes .. like v flag allows opers to set op/deop .. change chan modes without taking OP . this module allowes ... OP's to do ban/kick/change mode / op/deop ...

may be not a lot of people knows about it ... but if u know where i can find it plz leave the site url in reply , thx in advance .

Depending on your services package you should be able to assign kick to a lower level . Pretty much all of the chanserv commands are available . check out the options you have in chanserv for your packages .

I'm lost... Are you talking about ircops ("opers") here or not?
Because if you talk about ircops, you just add the can_override flag and they can do mode changes, kicks, etc in any channel they want regardless of whether they have ops/+a/+q privileges (besides a few bugs, and assuming your network policy is ok with this :p).

Or are you trying to make things like voiced users able to kick (???). /me wonders why then :P.

ah so you dont have services at all . Didnt realise that . Sorry dude lol .

Id suggest you use services as then theres no need for a module . Tbh I cant say Ive been on an ircd that didnt have services . This module you want appears to be very services-esque to me .

the only one i know of is a service module i wrote for the network i set up, it allows certain users to kick/ban from channels and the network and change a limited number of channel modes without being a IRCop or opped in a channel. this was done so the network didn't need IRCops and has not been released at all as it is very network specific.

As has been said before, Unreal is *really* meant to be used with services...
