I running Unreal3.2.2b and Anope devel 1.7.8 released

Stealth: I think he's pointing out that his services die.

However, this will more than likely be a problem with your services package, and as such you should contact the author directly. If you're using Anope, http://www.anope.org will be the place to go.

yes.

It'd be helpful if you check your server notices.

Most likely you forgot to configure services as a hub.
