sha1 & ripemd-160 Question.

Hey everyone,
I've been trying to figure this out for a long time. I've read the documentation (nothing on how to do this), and I've asked my friends that are fluent with Unrealircd. They also had no idea how to do this. I was wondering how you enable sha1 & ripemd-160 encryption. The only methods that ever work for me are crypt and md5, and I would just like to have a couple more ways of encrypting certain passwords.
