Linking

When I link, is it ok that I have unreal3.2b and the other server that is linking to me has 3.2.1?

There was no version 3.2b. Did you mean 3.2.2b?
Anyway: It should work as a temporary solution, but you really need to upgrade both servers to the latest (=same) version. There surely will be problems, i.e. new features will not work on the old server.

It should work ok but Id recommend the other server updates . The 3.2.2b is a critical update see

Having done this myself at one point, I can confirm that they will link, however a warning message will be displayed (something along the lines of "this server uses protocol 2305, remote server uses protocol 2304", or something to that effect). However, I would heed Dukat and Solutech's advice and get the remote server to upgrade to the latest version.
