/rehash throttles

Hello again

Is it possible to rehash throttles in Unreal?

The command I am used to in other IRCd is: /rehash throttles

Are throttles rehashed with the standard /rehash command ?

To my knowledge, if you get throttled you'll either have to wait it out or /rehash in an except throttle {} block (don't add an except for *@* though, that's a bad idea :P ). I don't know of anything (short of a /restart) that clears throttle info.
