Hello Everybody ..
i'm a belgium guy and i'm 19 years old..
i sudy info at school .

I'm a newbie In irc and i have to many questions ...
Yesterday I succeeded to install UnrealIrcd3.2 And Anope 1.7 on Win32 ...

The irc server run sucessfuly ...
And now i would like to have someone Like Irc Stats (Number of user / day .. Hours of conenction.. ....)

And i would like also a services to have Myql info . (Like Nbr of user. Info about a user, Name of channel and n° of user in the channel, ...)

But i work on win and i see Thales but i don't fin anithing for win32..

And for the laste i would like to know how i can Link two Unrealircd and if i need also to install service on the other unrealirc ??

(Sorry for my english but i leaver french ... )

NeoStats has a v3.0 which is alpha it has a windows build.
Believe also that SolarStats has a windows port

It wouldn't be hard to say, create a PHP/insert language here thingy that connects and dumps the information to a db/textfile/whatever.

In fact, I did just this. Sure, it's static, but if you schedule it... or just change it a bit to make it run automatically, whatever....

If i'm feeling nice over the next few weeks, I'll post up what I've got.
(But I'd appreciate some expressions of interest to show just how many people want this)

I think GNU Thales is goob but i never find a win 32 port ..

W00t I'm realy interestinf in all php script or services for mysql..
To créate a website for my server .. (Like epiknet.org , coolsmile.net, ...)

1) How can i link two server betwen ?? (Two Unrealircd )
2) If i link 2 server i should install service whit this server ???

3) If y want to register an user since a web page (php) what can i use ?
(I use anope whit a mysql databse but anope discourage to registr nick directly in a db..)

It is not that we discourage it, it DOES NOT WORK, Anope does not read what is done in SQL. If you add data to SQL while services are running we will update the SQL from the IRC and the data you put in SQL will be gone.

The only way to remote register nicks is to use a bot, to connect and register it.

I think i don't need to install the services.
Because i have two unrealircd linked and if i'm connect to the 2 server and i write /nick Number i say : "the nick is registered"...

The answer was already given...

Write a php script to logon to the server and register the nick with the services. I wrote a similar one to remove bans (glines/klines) through my homepage.

Does someone mind pointing me to the section on the NeoStats website where I can find it? Last time I went there (around a month ago), I tried to look for it but couldn't find it. Although I suspect that I was probably looking in the wrong place

The have the 3.0 alpha builds in

they actually have the links working on the downloads section, the main prebuilt windows is currently just the NeoStats Core with the standard modules that come with the Core.

for the *nix versions the source code is there for the modules everyone knows about that have been converted to the 3 API. there are some new modules that will only be available on NeoStats 3 which haven't been announced yet that aren't up there yet.

But i thing it's only for Linux ??
They don't have any services Like thales for Win ???
