I'm periodically unable to login to bugs.* with an error of:

Welcome to the Issue Tracker.
Your browser either doesn't know how to handle cookies, or refuses to handle them.

Is this a software problem? A server problem? What? I don't change anything, and then the last time it happened, I was able to login after about a week.

Thanks for looking into this, I'm using IE 6sp1, with an adsl connection over a dlink router with a firewall as well.

Maybe it is time for a new browser

This has never happened to me (I use Maxthon, which uses the IE engine)

I run IE6 and I've never experienced this problem before.

I'm on a limited system. I can't change browsers, and it seems sporadic, which is why i diagnosed a server problem :/

How very odd.

Install FF copy dir and u can run it from that Dir, its what i have done in the past when need be.
