Irc Connection ...

Hello i'm be back ..

I need some help for the irc protocol ..

I do this :
-Connect to the serv
-Send User command
-Send nick command
End i have this :

Where is the motd file ?
Why i dont have anithing more ?

Why don't you just do what it says and PONG back?

If you don't even understand PING/PONG then you are not going to get far.

RFC1459 <- useful resource, even though it's outdated and things got changed, 80% or so of things are still going according to RFC1459.

I understand PING / PONG ..
My question was : Why i don't receive motd ??
The server send un PING on the connect ??

Wow... should try listening that seems to have really worked.. might note it in case i need to ask a question..
