Thats kind of stupid in my opinion.
Becouse some normal channel operators sometimes have scripts that auto whois a user amd that bans someone who have an particular ident or realname.
Some lamers do actually connect via BNC's and change their hostnames every second minute.
I saw one who did that on DALnet. hehe. Lots of bans was going on.
But luckily there was one op who could stop him in a way.
So if /whois was removed, some channels will be filled with abusers and the ban list will be full of bans.

Its a private network with only my friend which arnt n00bs and no one has the ip except the people that belong there so i wont have to worry about abusers, i have no whois and list because i want to keep wanderers out

Modules cannot do this without rewriting /whois and /list...
I think if you want it that badly, you can pay someone to do it, or learn C yourself... it is only like 3 lines of code.
