Windows doesn't really need crontab because it has task scheduler.

Even better, if you run it as a service on Windows 2k/XP, you can tell the service manager to automatically restart Unreal if it stops unexpectedly.

Im looking for a crontab system over windows, something that can lanch the services diamond over demand of other operating system.
Unrealircd is crossplatform, it's their avarage, but if we don't scale more the system the Big Brother ever become dancer-ircd. They can rotate the services.
For this is very important a crontab *NIX style, for to be lanch in a crossplatform environment.
