I currently just set up a new network i'm new to this stuff i'm using anope services and wanted to know how to set the alias to except /cs, /ns etc., and if i could setup something to give the desired vhost to people when they wanted without doing it myself

For aliases, refer to the UnrealIRCd documentation on alias blocks.

For vhosts, AFAIK Anope has a HostServ module that does exactly what you want (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not an Anope user).

Anope comes with hostserv built in.

Thanx after reading the documentation file u were right i found how to make it work. But now i need to learn how make eggbot im told to make vhost for ppl in a certain channel by request this is fun looks like there no turning back now lol thanx again

If you want people to be able to request a certain vhost then check out the hs_request module for Anope. It allows people to request a certain vhost through HostServ which can then be activated/rejected by your friendly neighborhood oper.

Hmm, I might do an em00 script for this some day (And then I might even consider releasing em00...)
