Ronaldo, I don't want to frighten you, but that's gonna be a lot of work. :) You need to do the following steps:

1. As Unreal doesn't come with Services, you need to install a Services software that supports UnrealIRCd. If you'd like to see which ones the supporters recommend you, see the Recommended Services topic.

2. You must configure both UnrealIRCd and Services so they can link together. This is one of the most difficult parts, so here is a little more help for you: Howto: Linking Servers

Services are a seperate application. You need to download a services package like ircservices (http://www.ircservices.esper.net), install them and link them to your IRCd.

"Shouting" (ie posting in caps) will not help you.

Oh, sorry, it's my fault that I didn't told you, NickServ and ChanServ, which are called pseudoclients, are parts of Services. Why? Here is the explanation. You can't just install them as bots, because they must know everything about the IRC network in order to work efficiently (which can't be done without being part of a separate server), so connecting a Services server is unavoidable. Moreover, certain commands are issued by the server itself (and not by any pseudoclients), otherwise it wouldn't be allowed. Also, for a similar reason, you must give U:Lines to each Services pseudoclients, and you usually do that by putting the Services server on U:Line.

We've told you.

Choose a package, download it, extract it, read the documentation, configure it, configure the ircd link bloc, start it.
