I have just been installed as a netadmin on a server incharge of help staff ect...

My problem is

I can set the vhost for the users listed as help staff but I have an issue with giving them the +h flag.

There is one help staff member that has the flag but in the config it shows no oper block for them.

I'm not sure how this will work..

any help would be appriciated.

Simple answer, it doesn't.

The opionion is that all opers must be opers as well as helpers, you'd have to think of an alternative route.
