problems with link and no others then me can connect to this

i try to link the labi.albhack.tk and irc.albhack.tk and i cant .. i change the numeric for labi.albhack.tk is 3 and irc.albhack.tk is 5 and stillwont work maybe i am totally wrong .. i try to read everything on ur server FAq and everything but still can't get it .. plz someone help me with this and also i dont know .. y .. its only me that can connect to my server ..but no one else can .. when i someone else tries to connect they get this:
* Unable to connect to server (Connection refused) plz help me

when all else fails rtfm! (including the stickys that tell you what *not* to post) :D

"Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)" usually means that your trying to use a port your not listening to.

Also can be a firewall/router issue.

I am using Dsl Sympatico internet with router
maybe they have a firewalll . any idea of how to break that firewall or do i have to change the internet provider for that

Open whatever port incoming tcp forwarding to the IRCd on your router.
