my server when reach at 83 users display this message
-IRC.MyNet.Com- *** Notice -- All connections in use. (IRC.MyNet.Com[@64.26.39.158.6667])
Why??? How to fix this?!?!?

I don't have a clue, but: is your ircd installed on Windows?

No the ircd is in my box.The connection speed is 100 mbps....

There might be a problem either with max connects when you compiled or somewhere in the configuration file.
