how can i edit welcome message in console or add next text pls?

Create a
motd (usually a textfile named 'ircd.motd').

well if you want to change the number of users that are connected, you should get more users.

Editing the actual "There are X users...." bit will require some modifications of the source code, which will cause you to loose support.
