Dont Have tis on my status bar how come???

if you have the right umode, then yes, with the exception of yourself.

It's redundant to say "You just whois'd yourself"

edit: if you never see the whois, make sure you have this in your oper block

W - get_umodew - Sets umode +W when u oper
