|19:22:52| * testuser was kicked by BaD|away (Kurzer Kick)
|19:22:53| * Joins: testuser ([email protected])

make sure your "test" subject is not an ircop, nor is he identified to services. Either could easily let him walk through bans.

the test object was a normaly login
without all oper rights
the same as a normaly user

Are your cloak keys identical?
Are you running the same version on both servers?

And how about the set::hiddenhost-prefix ? :P
That has to be the same as well.

You can make sure both (hiddenhost-prefix and your cloak keys) are the same by doing a '/stats S' on both servers and then checking:

Code: Select all

[..]
hiddenhost-prefix: msk
[..]
cloak-keys: MD5:2dae1c5bb81096a74c1b389deabb8cef
[..]
Did you check the channel exception list btw? (as stealth said)

--

Btw, if you updated the cloak keys or hiddenhost-prefix, then the 'bad user(s)' will have to reconnect in order to fix the desynch.
