C:\Program Files\Anope\data\modules>nmake
'nmake' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

someone help me?

Alternativly, make sure you've got the PATH variables set right, etc (if you're using VS2002> (?), make sure you're in it's command line environment, not a normal cmd session.
